I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am for this entire dental team and everything they have done for my mom and me throughout her journey of having all of her teeth removed and transitioning to dentures. Going through something this significant is not easy. It can be overwhelming, emotional, and challenging in ways that people don’t always see. But when you have a team of people who go above and beyond their jobs to show compassion, patience, and genuine care, it makes a world of difference. This team has done exactly that for us, and I will forever be thankful. Sam, the manager, deserves a special thank you from the bottom of my heart. The way she has shown up for both my mom and me, supported us, and gone out of her way to help us throughout this process has meant more than she probably realizes. It’s one thing to manage an office, but it’s another thing entirely to lead with heart, compassion, and genuine concern for the people who walk through your doors. I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I have been with this dental office and the way they have cared for my mother-in-law throughout her recent dental journey. She recently had a full-mouth extraction performed by Dr. Peterson, and he did an incredible job. He was professional and reassuring throughout the procedure, and her recovery was much easier than we anticipated. She experienced very minimal bruising and swelling, and we were extremely pleased with the results. The denture adjustment process has required several visits, and Dr. Parker has been wonderful throughout it. He has been consistently professional, patient, empathetic, and accommodating. He takes her concerns seriously and works with her to make sure the dentures are as comfortable as possible. As someone who has been accompanying her to these appointments, I really appreciate seeing that level of patience and care. Liz and Yari have also been fantastic. They each have been so welcoming and are super helpful in coordinating appointments and making sure everything runs smoothly. I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to Sam, the office manager. She has been involved from the beginning and has been incredibly compassionate and understanding. She has gone above and beyond in helping our family through what has been a challenging process. Her kindness and willingness to work with us have not gone unnoticed! As a daughter-in-law, I’ve been able to see firsthand how much the way a medical or dental office treats a patient can affect the entire family.
